Coach Jamie is back with another women’s self defense seminar! Mark your calendars for Saturday, January 13 from 10 - 11 am. Certified self defense coach Jamie Gilbertson will be at Fight Syndicate Big Bear to demonstrate essential self-defense techniques every woman should add to her toolkit.

This is a donation-based seminar, open to women of all ages and experience levels. All you need to bring is water and comfortable gym clothes. Proceeds will support a family in need. Suggested donation is $10.
