Coaching Staff

  • Ryan "Red" Hazinski

    Coach Red is our main instructor and teaches all disciplines at the gym. Red began wrestling in 2006 and has been coaching wrestling since 2011. He began studying mixed martial arts in 2014 with his head coach Beau King and gained some experience as an amateur cage fighter. Red has also trained in San Diego with The Arena before moving back to the Inland Empire. He is currently a BJJ brown belt and has competed and medaled in various grappling competitions. His ultimate goal is to pursue a career in MMA while fostering a championship atmosphere at Fight Syndicate Big Bear.

  • Rebecca Paredes

    Coach Becca is a writer by trade and a talented jiu jitsu practitioner, having competed and medaled in multiple BJJ competitions. She came up through the 10th Planet system, receiving her blue belt under Richie “Boogeyman” Martinez and her purple belt under Kevin Berbrich. In recent years, she trained with the Carlson Gracie team under Orlando Alonso in Menifee, further adding to her already well-rounded game and forging an appreciation for gi jiu jitsu. Coach Becca views jiu jitsu as a path to empowerment and personal growth, and every day on the mat is another opportunity to learn and grow for kids and adults alike.

Our Founder

  • Beau King

    Coach Beau is the founder of Fight Syndicate and the head instructor at the Murrieta location. He has both competed and coached in the martial arts sphere for decades, earning a long list of accomplishments both as a competitor and coach. The “Fight Syndicate” brand is his creation and he has fostered an atmosphere that welcomes anyone that wants to realize the best version of themselves.
