Bellator bantamweight world champion, women's MMA pioneer, and USMC veteran Liz Carmouche will be joining us in Big Bear for a striking seminar Saturday, February 3!

Kids will have their own time at 9:15am until 9:45am. Adults will start at 10am and conclude around 12pm.

Bring all of your striking gear (gloves, shin pads, mouthpiece, etc.).

The cost of the seminar is $100 per person.
